Freeze - AEIOU - One Of My Fave Songs Ever!

I trawled the web for this video. Love this song so so much. It brings back memories of the Marine disco in Kilkee in my formative teen years when I used to bullied for dancing everyone off the floor to this track! Whoo Hoo!

NEW BRITNEY - GET IT WHILE ITS HOT!

I once had the pleasure of having a dance with Britney many many years ago in Life night club on Bleecker St, NY. She was a homespun lovely girl just starting out in the business. She sure as hell ain't homespun now honey!! Even if the end of this video plays on that... Hoo Hoo!!

Gaga On The View

I think its hysterical the way Lady Gaga dresses. I love her to death but she tries way too hard! This outfit she is wearing on The View is just wrong! lol. That wig makes her look like Bette Davis on crack! But she is fabulous besides so who is complaining?

Golden Guilty Pleasures

Okay so the cats out of the bag! I am obsessed with The Golden Girls. I feel no shame about it. They never fail to cheer me up or make me laugh. I felt the characters are really well defined. Each one of them is very lovable. Sex and the City ripped them off in my opinion. Samantha is Blanche, Charlotte is Rose, Miranda is Dorothy and Sophia is Carrie! There I have said it. So sue me. If you want to catch up on every episode of the show ever made click on the words 'Golden Guilty Pleasures' above. Below is a hilaaarious scene where all the girls watch a little movie together. Ah Heaven!

RuPaul 'Cover Girl'

RuPaul - the most famous drag queen in the world is back with a new TV show 'RuPauls Drag Race' and new album 'Champion' and I couldn't be happier! Ru is funny, talented, smart and edgy. In my book that ticks all the boxes as an inspirational gay role model!

RuPaul - Cover Girl (Put the Bass in Your Walk)

The $150 million adaptation of Alan Moore's graphic novel notched the 12th highest-grossing opening weekend for a comic book movie, behind Fantastic Four (though drops to 20th when ticket-price inflation is factored). With the biggest theater count ever for an R-rated movie, Watchmen made approx. $56 million for its opening weekend!

2. Madea Goes to Jail $8,800,000
3. Taken $7,450,000

UK Top 10 08.03.2009

I love The Saturdays album 'Chasing Lights'. They almost made No.1 as their new single is for Comic Relief 2009 and entered at No.2. . Maybe next week. Its a cover of Depeche Modes 'Just Can't Get Enough'. I remember the original song at teen discos in the early 80's when all of us singing & dancing kids would include the word 'sex' in the chorus and think we were the coolest thing ever. Oh lordy how time flies...

Michael Jackson is Back!

Do people still care? He is such a genius but maybe at his sell by date. But no-one can take his musical legacy away from him.

FRANCHESCA

I love music. Good pop and R&B music really floats my boat but what really nails me to the floor is a voice and boy does this girl have some voice. I am in love with this girl! You may not know who she is but soon will! Her songs 'Love Sux' and 'Regular Girl Digital World' have given me mini orgasms and I am obsessed!! If you are a true pop devotee go have a listen at

My Fave Movie of All Time!

In the Summer of 1976 I was with family having our summer holiday in Kilkee, Co Clare. I was 5 years old. I went to the Olympia to see a movie. The Olympia was this little hall with fold out seats and a projector screen. I didn't care. All I cared about was the movie. 'Jaws' changed my life forever and ushered in a love for all things cinema. I lost myself for the first time in a movie. I became obsessed with sharks. I lived and breathed them. I studied them all summer long. My cousin Gary and I spent a 'Jaws' filled summer together that year. I never looked at the sea the same way again but hell I got back in the water!

I LOVE LIMERICK

Limerick has much to be proud for! Is it just me or was Limerick Pride 2008 a step forward for gay rights in Limerick and in the world? It was like freaking St.Patricks Day! lol. This is what Limerick is all about! The people! This is progress. We are blessed.

LIMERICK PRIDE 2008

The Beloved

How Jon Marsh how I love thee! In 1983, Jon Marsh placed an advertisement in the music press, which read as follows:

'I am Jon Marsh, founder member of the Beloved. Should you too wish to do something gorgeous, meet me in exactly three year's time at exactly 11am in Diana's Diner, or site thereof, Covent Garden, London, WC2'.
With that pop genius was born!!

The Beloved - Sweet Harmony (From 'Conscience')

The Beloved - Sun Rising (From 'Happiness')

She Better Work!

Ru's message to Limerick for Pride 2008!

Alexis Strum - An All Time Fave

Now listen, anyone that calls themselves a true die hard pop fan knows who Alexis Strum is. Her album 'Cocoon' is in my top 5 fave albums of all time. Alexis is simply amazing. Supposedly she has retired... You can read her amazing story here: Alexis Story and hear some more tracks here at her myspace: Alexis Myspace

Alexis Strum - Long Way Home (From 'Cocoon')

Alexis Strum - Nothing Good About This Goodbye (From 'Addicted')

Kylie - You Are There

This is a totally unavailable Kylie track which I would love to get my hands on. Hell it must be the only Kylie track I don't have. Scary thought I know. lol. Its sheer loveliness...

I Hate That I Love You

Hate the gossipy factor of talking about this but gotta ask what the hell is she thinking? Hell honey, he battered your ass up! You are back with him? How the hell are we supposed to take your songs about love and female empowerment seriously from here on in? You will now have to use that Umbrella for protection sweetheart. My neice loved Chris Brown before this. Thank god at least she has the intelligence to come to her senses and shes only 14! Whats up with these fierce women and their shitty taste in men? Don't get it. Can someone please explain this fiasco to me? It brings a whole new meaning to 'What was she thinking?'. I think she is a cool pop star but just became a bad role model and this spells death to record sales...

Paris is Gaga Too!

Just Because

I love to feed my obsessions whenever possible so hell why not?

Kylie - Couture

AS all of my friends will attest I am actually obsessed with Kylie for the last 20 years and have now shame whatsoever about that! lol. Kylie is the Queen Of Pop in my opinion and Madonna is like her granny! whoo hoo!

Now Kylie is out there selling her new fragrance. I have never felt she prostituted herself over the years like bloody Beyonce who sells Mc Donalds so I think she has paid her dues and can sell all the bloody frangrance she wants so there! Say a bad word about Kylie and I will come for you all bitches!

Gagging over Gaga

Jaysus help me! Are my ever gonna get sick of this fooking song? I don't think so. I love the whole album and really think this chick will be around for some time to come! Gaga I LOOOOOVE YOU! lets have babies...

Limerick's Leanne Moore

Leanne Moore gave her support Limerick Pride last year which was really cool. Limerick had its own pop diva for the night! Just the way it should be! POP TILL YA DROP! Leannes MySpace

Leanne Moore - 'Disappear'

Leanne Moore - 'I Won't Walk Away'

It Should Have Been Me!!!

Oh Adeva how I love thee!!! The nights as a gawky teenager I danced around my bedroom listening to this song wetting my pants with pure joy!! it does not get any better than this for me! lol.

Ru on The View

Ru is doing the rounds promoting his amazing new show currently airing in the states called Rupauls DragRace. In this clip he out chats the ladies of 'The View' and gets them all fired up! Whoo Hoo! Check out www.rupaul.com!
